RESIDENTIAL
I can meet you at your property to discuss your requirements and expectations.
A measured survey will then be carried out of the existing property and plans drawn up digitally on CAD.
Using my experience & knowledge I will produce Sketch design proposals which could be a combination of freehand line drawings ,3d sketches ,3D Sketch up walkthrough & mood board imagery.
Once the design scheme has been approved detail design drawings will be produced for builders to provide cost estimates of your project.
I can provide as much detail as is required. From sketch ideas through to final specification of internal finishes & products.
Should your project require planning permission or building control drawings I can do this for you
If your garden needs re planning to suit your new extension I can also do this for you
COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN
A detailed brief will be developed between the client and designer which I will then use as a document to develop our design proposals.
I would produce an initial survey of the proposed site should it be required. This would be sufficient to put together our design proposals however a detailed survey will be required by the contractor prior to construction
I will put together our interior design concept for client approval.
Once the design scheme has been approved a detail design drawing package will be produced for tender. I can assist you in appointing a suitable shopfitter /contractor for the project
Should there be a requirement for planning approval for shopfront,signage,change of use etc I can take care of this for you.
I work with other specialist consultants including M&E/lighting designers, graphic designers, Branding consultants, structural engineers & project managers when required.

FREELANCE DESIGN SERVICES
I work with various Commercial interior design & Architects practices throughout the uk producing detail shopfitting drawing packages from our studio in South Wales.
These are mainly for tender issue for interior fit out projects. I also produce freehand 3d design development sketch visuals
to aid design development or assist client presentations.
All detail drawings are produced digitally in Vectorworks and 3D Visuals are created in Sketch up or handrawn with photoshop rendering.
I can either meet you at your office to discuss your requirements or are happy to receive all relevant information to produce the drawings over the internet.
