​Bankhead Design were appointed to provide design assistance including planning drawings ,3D sketches & sketch up model for the refurbishment & new extension of a traditional welsh cottage in the Swansea Valley.The new design includes a 3 storey side extension including the raising of the existing roof to incorporate new bedrooms & a complete remodel of all interior spaces.The project is due to be completed in the summer of 2022.
